Helen Flint

CEO / Executive Producer

Helen Flint is the CEO of Little Island Productions and is currently an Executive Producer on Onwards and Sideways (BBC) and Pompeii: Out of Time with Tom Hiddleston (National Geographic / Disney +). In recent years, she has Executive Produced / Produced Get Millie Black (HBO), The Full Monty - TV Series (Disney+), Invasion (Apple TV), Summer of Rockets (BBC), Deep State (Fox), the multi-BAFTA-winning and Emmy®-nominated Patrick Melrose (Sky/Showtime), Close to the Enemy (BBC), Snatch (Sony), and Galavant (ABC).

In 2006, Helen was awarded a Golden Globe and nominated for an Emmy® and a BAFTA for the mini-series Longford (C4/HBO), written by Peter Morgan.

Producer

Alfie is our Producer at Little Island and has worked with Helen Flint since 2014. Alfie works across the company's production and development slate, playing an integral role at Little Island with extensive experience of producing television productions both internationally and in the UK.


Alfie most recently co-produced Onwards and Sideways, a new feature-length drama coming to cinemas, BBC iPlayer and BBC One.

Bryony Cunningham

Bryony Cunningham

Executive Producer

Bryony joined us at Little Island Productions in 2016. She is responsible for our development slate, and is currently working with a range of new and established writers. In 2018, Bryony script edited for David Nicholls on the BAFTA-winning Patrick Melrose for Sky and Showtime. Following the success of Patrick Melrose, Bryony was named one of Broadcast Magazine’s ‘Hot Shots.’ In 2024, Bryony reached the final 25 of the Channel Four Screenwriting Course. Little Island has a first-look writing deal with Bryony for her original series.

Isobel Collingwood

Isobel Collingwood

PA / Development Assistant

Isobel is the Development Assistant, and PA to Helen Flint. She plays a pivotal role in both development and operations, crushing script coverage, managing schedules, conducting in-depth research, and overseeing a range of administrative and creative tasks. Prior to joining Little Island, Isobel worked as a Researcher in documentaries for the production and development of several feature films and TV series.
